About the Role
As our Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers. You will assist customers visiting our showroom as well as those contacting us via email, chat, and social media.
Your responsibilities include:
Welcoming and assisting customers in our showroom
Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media
Providing product information and quotations
Following up with customers during the ordering process
Working closely with our production team to ensure smooth order handling
Maintaining accurate customer records and administration
Delivering excellent customer service from first contact to delivery
Requirements

We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Speaks and writes Thai and English fluently
Has excellent communication skills
Is friendly, customer-oriented, and professional
Works accurately and pays attention to detail
Can keep an overview and manage multiple customer requests
Enjoys helping people and finding solutions
Has basic computer skills (email, chat, Microsoft Office or similar)
Experience in customer service is an advantage, but not essential
