1. Sustainability: We believe that small actions can make a big impact.
Our company runs entirely on solar energy, generated by the solar panels on the roof of our facility. For shipping, we use DHL GoGreen, helping to reduce the ecological footprint of our transport. We also make conscious choices throughout our production process, such as using eco-friendly sublimation inks and minimizing waste by cutting fabrics with great precision.

Additionally, we offer T-shirts made from recycled plastic bottles, giving waste a second life and contributing to a cleaner, more sustainable future.
2. Employee well-being: Taking care of our people is at the heart of our business.
While working conditions in Thailand often involve long hours, low wages, and unhealthy environments, we deliberately choose a different approach. Our working hours are from 08:00 to 17:00, with a generous one-hour lunch break. The entire building is air-conditioned and thoroughly cleaned every week, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic work environment. We also offer higher wages than many other factories in the region, because we believe our employees deserve fair compensation for their hard work. By creating a supportive and inclusive workplace, we aim to help our team thrive both professionally and personally.
3. Community engagement: Supporting our local community is a priority for us.
We are proud to be part of the Pattaya region and are committed to contributing to the local community. By creating jobs and producing garments that celebrate Thai culture, we help strengthen local pride and connection. We also support local sports clubs by providing teamwear or making small financial contributions. In addition, Stork ensures that young people have access to affordable, high-quality athletic clothing. Together, we strive to make a lasting positive impact on our community.
