1. Design
Every great product starts with a powerful design. Our in-house design team or your submitted artwork is prepared using professional graphic software. We ensure the colors are in CMYK and the dimensions are optimized for printing.

2. Printing
Once the design is approved, it’s printed onto special sublimation transfer paper using high-resolution sublimation printers. This step is critical for maintaining sharp details and accurate colors.

3. Heat Press (Sublimation Transfer)
The printed transfer paper is then placed on the fabric and passed through a heat press machine. Under high temperature and pressure, the ink transforms into gas and embeds into the fabric.

4. Cutting
